Warm Up: I did not lose a game in the warm and i ended the day with a 5-0 record.
Melee: Both me and my test partner Fhormikey got to the finally table. With the deck we designed as a team. Mikey won it all (GRATZ) and i took fourth. I was at a table where i witnessed the hardest moral choice anyone has to make in AGoT melee...and imo the guy made the right one...bigger man then me..
Joust: I went 4-2 with a very shaggy dragon deck i chose to play. I missed the cut by a hair but i feel good that both players i lost too went on to top 16 and one of them won the tournament. I built a vanilla Martell Army deck for Staton which he took to a 4-2 performance which was great.
Overall: I have not seen the standings but with my scores i feel confident that i would be in the top 16 for overall. GenCon was super fun, it was great spending time with some of the Skype group and drinking beer with everyone. Special shout out to Kyle, Wolf, Fhormikey and Morgan.
