Alright heres the deck list for the current itteration of my red viper martell deck

Concept: take icons for control. with proper attachments kill/neuter characters. use deadly to take uncontested points or characters off field. fetch quentyn if neccessary for added card advantage, repeat and hope i don't fight the mountain that rides.

Looks good. Since your aiming to remove icons and do some damage, you might look at adding
The Vaith (TGM) and The Brimstone (TBC) too.

that The Brimstone (TBC) would trigger how exactley in regards to a multiple opponent discard or a batch discard i.e Rule by Decree (Core)? because it sounds very very useful
I actually find that this deck absolutely destroys my Tully defense deck. the icon shut downs and the poisoned spears keep me from doing anything. and losing even one character on my board is a huge hit to my defense. this deck is always evolving. keep up the good work
Also i love the idea of adding

Lost Oasis (AToT) to your deck to make an unkneeling red viper a huge threat

the last thing the red viper needs is a bigger target on his back lol, while i agree with lost oasis i gotta figure out how to squeeze in 2 more locations, im thinking 2 of each, what would you guys sub out for

or just put them in and say "o well i like my decks bigger anyway" lol
let me be honest, you have enough draw with Quintyn and if you needed more draw, then replace Rule by Decree for Counting Favors (Core). and seeing as how you can (and will) fetch out Quintyn from your deck. you dont need to worry about draw. but 65 cards is a lot, so id dump 1 palace fountain (since it doesnt give you any influence anyway) and maybe one of your Scourge (since its unique) and take out Loyalty money can buy for building season if your worried about drawing it. that should be 63 cards if math serves me, which it usually doesnt. but thats just me.

Also, adding Westros Bleeds is a nice touch, and i like how you added Someone Always Tells. is that because of my Tully Defense deck since no one ever kneels? lol

and hold on...Alchemist Shop Isnt unique? does the plus 2 stack!? (i know the deadly wont) omg and i thought Frozen outpost not being unique was bad

im currently running the deck with 63 cards, debating about dropping dorne but the possibility of laying free attackments is enticing, plus it makes the refugees unbouncable and yea alchemist shop is gross and the plus 2 stacks
oh and you might like Dawn (TRS). you wont get the primary effect but you will get the secondary one and thats just gross. or you may like The Tower of Joy (TRS). kill kill kill and more kill
Ok to be perfectly honest with you this is not a good deck. It has the foundations of a good deck but needs work. The scourge, Viper and poisoned spear are great. Game of Cyvsasse is arguably the best card in the game and you are not using it. The sandsnake cards are generally speaking terrible cards as they are overcosted. I would at a minimum sub out the sandsnakes for Drinkwater and the other new renown unique. Also the Spearman are amazing. 1 Cost for a 3 str bicon. Keep tweaking this deck and you'll have a good deck for gencon.
