So I'm working on a Brotherhood deck which I'm leaning towards running with the Martell house. This would allow me access to Lost Oasis (AToT), which I've found to be very effective with The Mad Huntsman (ASoSilence), along with Flea Bottom Scavenger (AToT) which has obvious synergy with the Brotherhood agenda.

I've looked through the decklist section for ideas, but without comments and/or ratings on a lot of decks, it's hard to know if it's a solid build or not.

I'm definately using Beric Dondarrion (IG) and mostly all the other brotherhood characters. I'm a little torn on the "saves" version of
Thoros of Myr (RoR) because I have to have him standing and give up a power, but saves are few and far between for anyone except Beric and Lady Stoneheart (MotM) so it is likely still worth it.

What are some other cards that you would recommend? Should I include all of the brotherhood characters? So far I've found I don't manage to kill too many of my opponent's characters (generally playing Bara kingsguards or Targ Dragons), so triggering Anguy the Archer (DB) doesn't come into play often. What other Martell characters should I include? I'm fond of using Arianne Martell (PotS) for some added claim, and Areo Hotah (PotS) to keep my opponent afraid of winning by 4 or more.

The Brotherhood also seem to be a little icon light, so I tend to include attachments that grant int and power icons as well as Orphan of the Greenblood (PotS) to help limit my opponent's options. I did read an old post about using War Scorpion (BoRF) with Beric, which is an incredible idea. What are some other must have attachements?

Obviously I'd like to include some attachment and location management, but I'm not sure where I can fit all that in and what cards would be the most efficient. Would adding Maesters and a few chains be a valid option? I know Maester of Lemonwood (BtW) is amazing and Maester Aemon (Core) can work great for claim soak and "when knelt" chain attachments. Just seems like it's too many pieces to fit together however.

In terms of events, Whispers from the Hill (ASoSilence) seems extremely important to include to move power before a character is killed. The Only Game that Matters (LotR) seems to also be very effective. With the Maesters, I could also run a few citadel events that seem to be extremely powerful. What other events should I consider?

As far as plots go, I want to try to keep my initiative high to get more use out of the Lost Oasis kneel effects, but cards like Game of Thrones (LotR) or To the Spears! (PotS) seem to work great to kneeling a few more characters out for gaining double renown on Beric and an easy dominace win.

Any and all advice/suggestions are welcome.

Also, can Eastwatch-by-the-Sea (TWH) be used to effectively break all of my brotherhood character abilities?

Well Lost Oasis doesn't work with Huntsman as the character you choose has to be a Martell character.

I ran a Martell Brotherhood deck for a long time and it did fairly well. Mine was an Uber Berric deck though basically. I used 3x Taste for Blood (PotS) along with 3x Devious Intentions (BoRF) and Flaming Sword (DB). It worked fairly well but started falling apart when Tin Link showed up. In the current environment I think the best bet is keeping Taste for Blood and Berric and then focusing the rest of the deck on various killing to fuel Anguy.

Oh and yes Eastwatch basically kills the deck.

Well now... all that thought and process undone by my inability to see Lost Oasis only triggers on Martell characters and my opponent pointed out Eastwatch earlier today. Good times.

Thanks for the quick response though Darksbane. Now I can get back to work!
