The Toxemia / Wound-Prevention combo turned up at the Australian Nationals last weekend.
A viscous viscous deck with a serious story lock, it was piloted by a 11 year old (though was design by his far more experienced father). The deck made it to the Semi-finals in a smallish field (14 players).
It was beaten mostly by rush and luck, though I suspect having read this forum at length, and having played against it would both make it easier to play against in the future (more mindful resourcing, more careful combo sabotage planning, less wasting of crucial resources).
Expert Testimony proved very helpful, allowing characters to rock up at stories out of the usual sequence, and thus bypassing the lock.
There is a tourney report here: http://atgn.com.au/a...all-of-cthulhu/ thought the semi-finals decks aren't described.
Congratulations on the win
