I am currently playing the AGOT LCG, and have played numerous CCG's over the last 15 years. I find the AGOT rules to be overly complex in regards to timing and often counter intuitive. Frankly I think it has one of the sloppiest rulesets I've played.
I was wondering if anyone knew how Warhammer compared. I watched the tutorial but I would like feedback from players.

Are the rules clearer than AGOT?

I guess it depends on what you are used to. Those coming from a Magic background I think will have less issues with Warhammer than with Game of Thrones.

I agree there, coming from Magic (years past), picking up and playing Warhammer: Invasion was a very quick learning curve, and really, I haven't come across many rules issues. I think it's that the game isn't as complicated (and younger), so there are fewer rules to have questions over.

Although, I have to wonder, with cards like Jealous Eyes (from the Accursed Dead) coming out, it might be that the game starts getting more and more complicated, which will make the rules a bit more difficult. A little of this certainly wouldn't be a bad thing, though.
