Mobilize the squadron / heavy blaster

"After you refresh" Reactions trigger after step 3 of the refresh phase (after replacing objectives - see rulebook, pg 12*).  This happens before the action window.

*The original rulebook had a misprint placing that text after step 1.  If you have the pre-fix version of the rulebook or look at the pdf online this text will be incorrect.  In that case, see the FAQ, pg 2 for the relevant errata.

Hi, i would like to know if there is an action phase windows between the refresh and "after you refresh".

I would like to know if you can actually use twice the heavy blaster enhancement in the refresh phase using the objective "mobilize the squadron " gametext?

Sorry if this question was already answered in the past. Search feature on my cell does not work

The 'Refresh' happens before an action window in the Refresh phase. The verbiage on Mobilize the Squadrons states, "After you refresh" and not "At the end of the Refresh Phase." That means that the reaction is triggered once you have completed the 'Refresh,' and therefore happens before an action window. If it instead said, "At the end of the Refresh Phase," you would have an action window between the 'Refresh' and the 'end of the Refresh Phase.'
