Here are the winning deck lists for the Trotta's Hobbies Store Championship:

Imperial Navy
1x Deploy the Fleet
1x Imperial Blockade
1x Repair and Refurbish
1x Enforced Loyalty
1x Imperial Entanglements
1x Sector Lockdown
2x The Tarkin Doctrine
2x Might of the Empire

Rebel Alliance
1x Hit and Run
1x Commando Raid
2x Commando Operations
2x Against All Odds
2x Fortune and Fate
2x Secret Weapons

He calls the light side deck the "Target of Opportunity" deck because he wanted a deck with 10 Target of Opportunities. It worked surprisigly well on the day, though I think it accounted for his 2 losses.

SC today at Atomic Empire, Durham, NC. 6 players, the winner had an overall record of 4-1-1 (last game went to time). Very interesting meta, with Troopers and Commandos showing up in force on DS and LS, respectively. I've posted a tourney report in another thread, if you're into reading long-winded stories.

Thanks for the lists. Has Navy now overthrown Sith as the best deck(s) for the DS?

I wouldn't necessarily say that.  Looking at data from worlds top 16 puts them tied as far as showing.  8 decks were majority sith, and 8 were majority navy.  I'd say they are both very good, with scum still bringing up the rear.

This is the data I have collected of winning SC lists so far. and by main affiliation I mean the majority of the deck is that faction. (Though I think every navy list so far has been mono)

Here is a link to the whole spread sheet

I guess I should start posting the objective sets used soon.  I've got all that in a spreadsheet, just need to put it up here.

IMO yes. David Tietze and I both played the same deck in Houston and were both undefeated with it, including against each other. Our LS decks were undefeated against Sith.

I think the decks that have come out of Worlds are improvements on those decks.  We had some very good Navy builds at Worlds, but I think they are now streamlined. Sith has a harder time against the new LS decks IMO.  That said, I am hoping the Sith missions/deck based on them will make it more interesting. =)

I don't have any store championships in my area unfortunately, but if I did I would be very seriously considering a deck with Boc and Contract Hunters. In my experience with them so far, that deck has been very very effective. I haven't had the chance to run it against a streamlined mono-Jedi deck though, which of course is the real acid test.

Will the out-of-faction bonus work against the Dark Genocide?

Will the out-of-faction bonus work against the Dark Genocide?

"While in play or in a player’s victory pile, for the

purposes of game and card effects, missions are
considered to be objectives." in the FAQ.

I won the Springfield VA SC

Darkside - Sith Affiliation - (3-1)

2 x Emperor's Web

2 x Merciless Plans

2 x Counsel of the Sith

1 x Fall of the Jedi

1 x Reawakening

1 x The Emperor's Hand

1 x Behind the Black Sun

LS - Jedi - (4-0)

2 x Hero's Beginning

2 x May the Force Be With You

2 x A Hero's Trial

2 x Survivors

1 x Journey to Dagobah

1 x Mysteries of the Rim

LS was Tom's World's Deck. It's good. With the DS, Balance Mara is my favorite unit in the game, and she is fantastic if you can get a Sith Lightsaber on her. I made a play mistake in the game I lost, but it wouldn't have been a guaranteed win had I not made the mistake.

Congrats! Balance Mara with Sith saber is a ballin call.

The DS deck list has a mistake. You show imperial blockade as a 2 of and it is a limit 1.

I have edited it. I made a mistake typing it in. It should have been 2x Imperial Entanglements and 1x Imperial Blockade.
