Maybe I will find the inner strength to make a Facebook account this time!  Thank you, JediGeekGirl (love that icon; it really pops)!

I hope they really pull from the Marvel Comics.

I would love to see an Aftermath cycle. OMG, what about they rotate? One cycle is canon, the next is Legends, back to canon, back to Legends? That would be the dream.

ps. with you on the Marvel comics.

"1. The Council has basically broken ourselves down into 4 different teams for now. There are teams for Organized Play, Design and Development, Rules, and Community."

Can we get a break down on which teams people have gravitated towards?

Sorry for the delay in responding to this.  Here's what we have in terms of heading things up.  Expect us all to be involved in multiple aspects as we get things going.

- Organized Play -  David Tietze (greedoshotfirst) and  Andy Hornby (fullyops) will be taking the lead.   Donovan McFeron (Donovan M) and Daniel Trujillo (Kiramode) will also be helping.

. Design and Development - Headed up by Jarratt Gray (Jarratt) and Josh Johnson (Letux).  Although, I think pretty much all of us said we'd take part in this aspect in some way shape or form because of its importance.

Rules - Matt Brown (dbmeboy) and Jarratt Gray (Jarratt) .  Basically, the known rules gurus who answer lots of questions already.

Community - Andy Hornby (fullyops)  Daniel Trujillo (Kiramode) and Bill Yankosky (yodaman).  Essentially, the people on the Council who contributed fairly regular content over the past few years.

Hi All

My little renaissance back into SWLCG has sparked my creative juices.

So I’ve started a little pet project in designing some sets. I’m in the early stages so far and still trying to get hold of templates, so I’m working with playtesting copies for now. While I don’t have designs for a full cycle I’ve started out making a set for each faction and they are all canon referenced. But I’m tempted to take it further as I have plenty of ideas.

However I don’t wont to tread on anyone’s toes and while I know things have been quiet here and in terms of Council posts. I wanted to check in first about what’s the right way to go about doing things and turning this into a fully fledged recognised design within the community.

So if anyone part of the legends design team or council member would like to contact me and put me on the right path I would welcome it very much.

Hope to hear from anyone, and then hopefully soon show you what I’ve been working on.

Hi.  I wasn't sure where to ask this question, but here goes.  Does The Council have any "rules" that I should be following before I add a fan-made cycle to the card pool on OCTGN?  I probably should have asked this before I went and added in Frozen in Carbonite, The Mandalorian, and The M Cycle, but my enthusiasm got the better of me.  I'm trying to promote the game in a way that I can, and I'll admit, also benefits me for online play.

But going forward, when future fan-made sets come out, is there a grace period I should be following before adding them if the creators allow it, or what is the proposed wisdom here?  Thanks.

I mean, the important thing is taking with your opponent and figuring out what you want in your game. Having everything possible available couldn't hurt.

I'm on the Council, but certainly don't speak for the Council.

Personally, I think it's absolutely fine to add fan made cards to OCTGN.  I appreciate you putting the time and effort into doing that .
