Do you really need 3x of Jamie and Bronn? I would drop those to add 1x Ser Kevan Lannister and 1x Condemned by the Council.
Have you tried Coin Mint over Hall of Heroes?
And I think you could definitely benefit from Loyalty Money Can Buy over The Breaking of Oaths. After a certain point the extra intrigue challenges aren't very useful.
