A Game of Thrones and Calm Over Westeros are good stall plots to let you build up into the midgame without worrying too much about poor overall military strength.
Bear and the Maiden Fair usually gets played on your opponent's deck, to be sure they aren't drawing more characters / economy, depending on which they're lacking.
Doran is a threat, especially with Edric or Dawn, but The Red Viper is the most important character, by far. Sneak Attack to go second allows you to have all of your characters contribute to a single power/intrigue challenge and get a bunch of power on The Red Viper all at once. Especially if you can play Doran's Game for 3 or more power on top of that.
(TBD: Whether it's better to have two Filthy Accusations or two Sneak Attack)

What about Confinement? While space is tight, it might help you get through in times when you really need to, or take a thread like Asha away from messing up plans.
I agree about trying to find room for Confinement, that card will win you games. The Hand's Judgement would be great to make sure your Doran's Game sticks, but I don't know that it's strictly necessary.
Also, I might try to squeeze in one more Maester Caleotte, that guy might be the best orange card in the game right now.
