Jank your way to a long game win with NW/Lannister

Plots
Originally I had Naval Superiority and Here to Serve in here. Naval didn't feel useful often enough and as great as fishing for Aemon is, there are often preferable starting moves. Still, both are options to put back in.
*Calm Over Westeros - standard early game plot to protect you from Mil/Int as needed. Actually works well as a late game Power protector in this deck too. *Fortified Position - as well as being swarmy, hating stealth, and running minimal renown, this plot stops Balon, and cancels the downsides on The Hound, Goldcloaks and Will. *A Game of Thrones - you have a surprising amount of Intrigue and the ability to swarm fast. Often gives you a free Wall turn. Also punishes decks like Greyjoy on the turn they Wildfire. *Calling the Banners - you're not a kill deck and you have a lot of draw and reserve so this lets you play out a lot of stuff. *Wildfire - as well as helping pull back when you fall behind (which can happen even with character spam) you can use it as a finisher with Benjen and/or Joffrey. You also have a lot of draw or bounce (e.g. The Hound, Ravens) meaning you can rebuild faster. *Sneak Attack - chose to replace Naval Superiority with this. Gets you initiative on that vital turn and you are often happy with a single challenge. In the case of this deck all 3 challenge types are useful in different circumstances. *Filthy Accusations - this slot could be a number of things, but I'm trying FA as a counter to problem cards such as Balon or Robert who can wreck your day.
There's no milk protection because you don't care too much about being milked, though you could run a confiscation instead of filthy. Likewise I haven't bothered with Milk because it tends to be removed rapidly (although running both Milk and Naval Superiority could be interesting).
Will, Sam, Ravens, Littlefinger give a lot of draw, hence no Counting Coppers and the low cost curve. This also means you can draw and play Benjen to your heart's content, and sometimes allow the random discard to keep The Hound in play (or just draw his dupes for a more controlled keep in play effect).
Treachery is extra amazing as it can also protect The Wall, Will or, in niche situations, The Hound.
Basically stall, troll, and win around Plot 6-9 or when your opponent table flips, whichever comes first.

If you've taken Here to Serve out, should you maybe have more than one copy of Maester Aemon?
Is there anyway to make this playable pre-TTB>?
