Deconstructing: Anarchs

So, now that Gencon is out the way and all of the cards are spoiled, I thought it would be good to get a discussion of the factions and cards within them.
I wanted to start with Anarchs, as after reading the complete card list, they became the Runner faction I want to try the most (previously it was Shapers).
Now, everything I am about to post is pure theory, as I was not at Gencon, and haven't played a real game yet. But, that won't stop me talking about the cards, and hoping it encourages others to join in.

Welcome back to the Deconstructing series, looking at the cards for a faction in detail. For the final article in the series, as I started with a Runner faction, I felt it best to end with a Runner faction, with the Shapers.
Shapers fondness for technology shows, with their Icebreakers keeping their strength boosts for an entire run, whilst also having the largest console in the game.
So, let us begin our foray into the Shapers.

Cogito Ergo Run - Deckbuilding and Pacing

Sieben
in Android: Netrunner
We're frequently faced with tough decisions while deckbuilding. We want our decks to be reliable, but not redundant. Should you run 3 copies of Magnus Opum even though you only need to install 1? That depends on how much risk you're willing to take, but the tradeoff between running more or fewer copies of the same card can easily be quantified.

Spring is finally here with all that entails – blooming flowers, shagging bunnies, and REGIONALS! Tech Talk has decided to take a break from our laser-like focus and spread our wings a bit by giving you the inside track on a couple of decks that will not only surprise your opponents but will very likely make you the talk of your local tournament. A caveat before we begin: This is still Tech Talk, so we're going to be providing decks that are, well, a little outside the norm.

Cogito Ergo Run

We’ve all probably seen this. The game ends, and the corp player yells: “I HAD 4 AGENDA CARDS IN MY HAND THE ENTIRE GAME!!!!!” Maybe the runner was distracted by shiny assets in remote servers, or the corporation bluffed his way through, but the game should have been an easy win for the runner. How was he supposed to know? Count cards.
