You'd be glad to see this in your first few rounds, however after this point it increasingly becomes a dead draw and you'd rather have another card in hand.

This is a fantastic draw for the first or second turn. If you are playing mono-leadership or even two leadership characters you can get out some powerful cards very early on, even on the first turn. This is a key strategy in many mono-leadership decks and therefore this card is an auto-include 3 copies. For decks with only a single leadership hero or if you draw it later in the game this card has limited benefit.
