OK, I play The massing at OSILIATH.
Still on the East Bank of the Anduin.
Now I play "Double Back" quest. In theory I can travel to the West bank Locations?
Of course thematic, I won't allow myself to travel to the West Bank locations, but it's a valid question?
I think that texts from all quest cards in play do occur.
