Wow... are you kidding? Now THIS is so powerfull...
We've been waiting on a card that could finally bring Bard to a power level equal to that of Legolas fully loaded with weapons.

is this that good? I must be blanking on some obvious cards. I laugh at the name though even if it is thematic haha
It's not over powered, but it does allow for some interesting combinations. Most important to me is that it can allow your Silvan Trackers to heal your non-silvan heroes like Beregond, Gloin or Erkenbrand. Other than that, it really just allows you to put the best weapons in the game on humans or dwarves.
