Don't exactly see why this card is powerful.

She's good for circulating the cards you can't save with the silver harp. Play a Galadhrims Greeting then play her, shuffle the greeting back in for another use.

I wouldn't say it's a powerful card but definitely very useful: it's a 1-cost silvan ally, perfect for all the silvan shenanigans AND you can recycle all the 0-cost events (tree people, feigned voices...).

 

Outside of a silvan deck, it's probably less useful but if you have a way to cycle quickly through your deck (with a stargazer for example), well that recycled card may show up.
