Oooh, that's an interesting card. I could see that being super helpful against some encounter decks.

I agree, haven't tested it yet, but my subconsciousness is already in love with that card

It would be great if it didn't force a reshuffle. As it stands, it can be good if there are a couple encounter cards in a given scenario that just destroy you. Very situational, but not terrible.
