Personaly, I'll take 3 Snowbourn Scouts before this guy.
I haven´t never used it before, but that day will come when i do!
Snowborn Scout is amazing, but this guy is still a very decent chump. I'd say they're about equal in a bisphere deck. Mono, I would rather run Scout, Tri I would rather run Errand-rider.
Squire of the Citadel beats them both for me as I play a lot of Prince Imrahil (though honestly, I will often use all three with Imrahil).
