It recently hit me that Fatty is in fact not a bad quester in many situations. Just run a search on enemies with threat of 3 and more - there are 124 of them, which means that Fatty can quest for 3+ anytime there is an enemy in the staging area. Sure, your threat will go up quite fast but there are ways to avoid it. A simple line-up of Fatty, Loragorn and Glrfindel comes to mind, with 24 starting threat, some decent threat-reduction options and the threat reset when needed.

I really want to sit down and try some ideas with this guy.

Wish he had 2 Willpower instead of Defence ^^

Fatty + Unexpected Courage + Hobbit Pony/Late Adventurer + Halfling Determination

Dunno what other combo I could use on him

Maybe because if you don´t need to exhaust him in the quest phase, you can still use him for a bit of defense?
