This is the deck that I took to UK Nationals. Sadly it only went 3-3, coming 34th out of 51 people.
The principle behind the deck came after a conversation where a friend took Tully and Rivers to a tournament, which at the time he considered the worst two themes for the game. Afterwards, a meta-mate and I then started discussing how we could make it work, and the great Hodor (aka Jason Handy), being a fan of Martell, suggested putting the two together.
From there I recalled an article Kennon did (http://www.cardgamed...l-martell-r121.), and from there the deck started to be built.
I first used it with some differences at the London Regional, where it fared 2-3. But, the potential was there, as was the fun of just talking about it with people

As seen from the plots, they are primarily chosen for limiting challenges against me, or board control. Feast or Famine for this deck, is effectively a 6/5/0, as I rarely want to challenge, and save my resources for defending them instead.
MVP of the entire deck is Spy from Starfall. With a minimal amount of monocon intrigue characters, one can generally hold off each turn, and another means I can try to push challenges through.
With Greenblood Vessel however, they turn into a walking burning on the Sand. No-one counts their strength, forcing a tie.
Burning was the obvious restricted choice, as negating a challenge supports Riverrun, but also deals with renown, or other effects that trigger off them winning.
If I don't see Riverrun however, the deck really struggles.
The other bane of the deck is burn. Riverrun does nothing for me when all my characters get killed off. As such, I have debated a single copy of King's Pavilion, as it mean with Frozen Outpost I should win even more as a defender with less characters.
I chose Treaty over Conquest, as with the amount of Stark cards I'm using, I could easily give away more than 5 power. With minimal attacking back, I wouldn't reclaim their power, whilst they shouldn't be earning power if they never win.
As for Alliance instead, the extra card or gold could give them more options to overpower me, which goes against the deck idea as well.
It may not be T1, but it was fun to play, fun to discuss with people, and that to me is what is most important about the deck.
Any questions or comments, go for it
