I am sorry if this may of already been answered but I had a timing question I was looking for some help on.

East Watch by the Sea: Response: After an opponent reveals a plot card, move 1 power from a character in play to its controller's House card.

If this card is in play, and opponent in joust, or multiple opponents in melee  plot is when revealed to have a "When Revealed".

Would East Watch trigger before the "When Revealed" Effects of each plot?

If I understand it correctly, this ability triggers in step 4, the passive step. so when revealed effects trigger before the power move.

Hello. Per the FAQ timing chart for the plot phase (p.22), "when revealed" plot effects resolve first (in order determined by first player). Then responses such as this one can take place.

Here is the timing:

Framework Action of choosing and revealing plots:

FAE Choose and Reveal Plots

FAE Initiative is counted

FAE High initiative player appoints "First Player"

FAE "When revealed" plot effects resolve (in order determined by the first player)

NOTE - each FAE has it's own Step 1 (Initiation), Step 2 (Save/Cancel) and Step 3 (Resolution)

Step 4 Passives: Passives activate based on things that happen in any previous Step 1 - 4, such as Bay of Ice or Goldentooth Mines.

Step 5 Responses: Players, starting with the First Player, take turns triggering responses to anything from the previous Steps 1 - 5, such as Eastwatch-by-the-Sea

Step 6 Clean up: any moribund cards leave play.

(FAE is a Framework Action Event inside a Framework Action Window.)

Now my followup question.  I'm curious what your situation is where it would matter?

Something I also learned from ktom over the past weekend and the Chicago Regional:

Say a player has Aeron Damphair attached as an Agenda and one of the When Revealed is a Valar.  You do not draw cards in response to saving a GJ character until Step 5 Responses.  Even though you are responding to a save that is happening during the save/cancel step in the resolution of a When Revealed.  A response like this is not a save/cancel response so it happens after in step 5.

No more drawing into more saves during a Valar for me :(

"slothgodfather", it was a situation against a Brotherhood deck using Berric under House Martel with a number of attachments on him, and 2 duplicates of the character. Marched to the wall was played. Idea being moving the power to the Martel players house off Berric, making him able to die or discarded, and with marched to the wall, he was only character in play opponent had.

ah yea, now I see the motivation.   Sadly, for you, it doesn't work that way.
