Ok, I'm going to try and stream some OCTGN of Conquest, just a test run to see if I can get this to work. Feel free to hop in my game if you want! Just don't yell too much if it the stream is a little borked.

Can someone please message me with how I can get an uncensored image pack ? I'm happy to provide proof that I have 3 core sets.
Couldn't get it to work either. There was no Octgn Directory at the drop down menu and downloading the file didn't work either, as I needed a URL. However, I found a post somewhere about Netrunner that was very useful, so I'll just leave that here.

The first few steps are the same for Conquest and helped me finally to add the game.
Steps:
Now use the dropdown menu, select Octgn Directory and you can find Warhammer 40k Conquest.
When do people usually play. Over the past weekend I have gotten on past 9pm a few times and it doesn't seem like anyone is ever on. I left one open for 2 hours forgetting I even did it while working on something else and after that long finally someone joined.
BGG user Kertanos has made a plug in and is looking to get it tested out to see if there is any issues.

"simply paste it into your octgn's "localfeed" folder then launch octgn.
In the game manager, choose the local feed and install the game."- http://boardgamegeek...n-plugin/page/2
cards text is censored! images are fine! weird
I could not really find a good thread for this so I thought it would be more appropriate to just bump this thread, rather than start a new one.
My daughter just fell asleep and I have about an hour, I would love for someone to join me on octgn who could be patient while I learn the interface. This would be my first game. I have a game created, but there doesn't seem to be anyone around to join who is willing to help me learn.
Same username on there.

Well I guess with 15 minutes left it's a bit short to start a game now. However, if it's just to discover the interface, try setting up a game with no spectators and a one sided table. That way, no one will enter and you can discover everything while playing. The quick commands are available as a list, but you can also see them when right clicking the board, to give commands.

Thanks,
Yeah, I closed it up after about 30 minutes of waiting.
I will play around with it the next time I get some free time and then join a game afterwards. Thanks for the tip.
So, trying to use OCTGN for the first time.
Looks like all of the art is missing from the cards? What's up with that?
Also, I exported a deck from here but it looks like none of the cards from the war packs in my deck loaded into it properly?
Art is missing because of copyright issues. You can add your own art easily enough by becoming a subscriber or making custom image packs.
The card numbers don't match up after the core set for some reason. I'm not sure why but the in program deck editor works fine.

We don't need no art, man!
Is text on the cards, aside from the name? I know how it works with Netrunner, but haven't checked out the Conquest module quite yet.
I poked around and if there's a way to help maintain the OCTGN plugin, I'd be willing to help with that. It looks like it's hosted on github here? https://github.com/K...kConquest-OCTGN but I'm not sure how to get in touch with the owner and see if they'd like the help.
Does anyone know if the "id" that needs to be generated for the cards has any actual significance? Or does it just need to be unique?
Cool pro tip: download censored image packs here http://octgn.gamersj...22/hello-world/
Then go into Options on OCTGN. Use drop down menu "Zoom Behavior on Cards" to select either Display Original and Proxy or Display Proxy when you hold CTRL. Now when you mouse over a card, you'll see both the full-art version with the text whited out, and the no-art version with the text! Or, if you picked the CTRL option (the better option), you'll see the full-art so you can enjoy pretty things and use art as quick reference, and pull up rules text where needed by simply hitting CTRL.

It is a GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) and is just a unique Id for the system. Anyone can generate one.
Still no Zogwort's on OCTGN makes Wigg a sad panda. Is there anything the community can do to help?
yea. this is a bummer. hoopj bout 2 cry nahmean dawg
well, the source for the plugin is on github, so someone could probably fork it, update it, and create a new plugin if it takes much longer.
I'm planning to try to submit a pull request with an update but I'm about to be out of town until next Tuesday.
