The octgn export misses out on the Lannisport Merchants in my deck. When I export it, I get a 57 card deck and they are missing. This might be because they are still wrongly named in the octgn client I think.

Yeah that's probably an octgn problem. Post in the octgn thread or message Tasslehoff.
My feedback so far:
Make the "Search" button larger
Instead of buttons for "add 1" and "add 3", I love the way netrunnerdb.com and agotgame.com deckbuilders do it - each card has 0,1,2, and 3 next to it. It's easy to pick one quantity, then change your mind and pick another
I clicked the "submit" button, but nothing appeared to happen. Some kind of confirmation would be nice.

I'll look into that today. I should be able to fix it on my end regardless of any errors in OCTGN.

In general or is this a touch screen specific problem?

I've shied away from that because it takes up more room, especially when I make enlarged buttons on touch devices. Additionally there have been rare cases in the LCGs where you could have up to 8 of a single card in a deck so having a button for each quantity can potentially break down. If I was to change it I would likely instead go with a dropdown box to adjust the quantity. 2 clicks instead of 1 but it does avoid the issues above. It is a big change though from how I currently do it so no plans at the moment.
I clicked the "submit" button, but nothing appeared to happen. Some kind of confirmation would be nice.
There is a dialog box that pops up when you submit saying it was successful, also there is a message on the submit tab. I'm not sure what happens if it wasn't successful though. I'll have to check into that. I would have thought an error would have been displayed in the dialog box but perhaps something is off there.

You can only export your own decks that you build as OCTGN deck. Once you have built a deck in the cardbuilder, go to export, and choose OCTGN deck file and hit save.

I personally really like seeing the card text for all cards in the list while deck building. If real estate is a concern, could putting it in a tool tip be possible so that when you mouse over a card it pops up with it's text box?

Grand Maester Pycelle not present in deckbuilder?
He's there for me...be sure that you have selected Lannister as your main house, as loyal cards from houses other than your main one are not shown.

Bomb it sounds like you might prefer one of our alternate layouts. If you click the settings button in the upper left corner of the deckbuilder and scroll down to the layout section you will see one called "Wide Deck and Search, No center image" (Red arrow)
When you click on that it will show you an image of the layout and an explanation of how it works. Click on "Use This View" (green arrow) to switch to that view.
When you switch to that view the images of the cards will popup when you hover over them with your mouse like in the below image

As Imrahil said it sounds like you are not seeing him because of loyalty restrictions. You can remove the automatic loyalty filtering in the settings

Not sure if this is the correct place, but Ghaston Grey doesn't seem to be in the new 2nd edition agot builder.

I see it when searching for Martell locations in a Martell deck. If you don't see it with another faction, it's because the default is to hide loyal cards from other factions (since you can't legally include them), see the post just before yours.

Weird, its entry is correct in the OCTGN set file.
<card id="d2b926e3-2c0a-4575-b144-bf27ced1e5b3" name="Lannisport Merchant"> <property name="Faction" value="Lannister."/> <property name="Type" value="Character"/> <property name="Traits" value="Ally. The issue is on CardGameDB's side. Lannisport Merchant doesn't appear in the o8d file generated. My guess is it was excluded because the name used to be incorrect in the OCTGN plugin. But now it's correct, so it can be included again.

is there a way to export cardgamedb deck into octgn?
Since the only reply to you was you can't export somebody else's decks, I want to add on just in case, you can export other people's cardgamedb decks into OCTGN just fine with an extra step.
Select their deck, export-> text file. Open text file, copy text, paste into the cardgamedb deck under IMPORT.
I've done it on several decks and all 60 cards + plots + faction cards + agenda were correctly added. Then you can re-export it to an OCTGN game deck right after.
It sounds like a few steps but it's much faster than re-creating the deck manually.
