tarkin vs gamor

Best Answer dbmeboy , 13 October 2015 - 09:18 PM

The active player (ie the player whose turn it is) gets the first opportunity to React (or Interrupt) to any trigger as well as the first opportunity to use an Action in any Action Window.

So for Tarkin vs Gamor: on the DS player's turn, Tarkin can go first but on the LS player's turn he'll be too late.

For attacking Falcon, the LS player will have the first chance to use an action after the action window regardless of who wins the edge battle.

Both of there abilities activate at the start of a phase (this question regarding the force phase obviously).  Which one triggers first?  Is it the active player?  That would mean that on light side's turn, gamor activates before tarkin can blank it.  But on dark side's turn, tarkin goes first and can render gamor useless for that turn.  Is that correct?

A different question but also related to timing.  Who has priority for playing events and activating abilities after an edge battle.  Is it the active player or the winner of the edge battle.  So if I'm dark side and I win an edge on light sides attack, could I play an event on the falcon before it has a chance to bounce back to my opponents hand?
