Draft plots BEFORE if you are drafting plots, has a lot more impact on the draw deck you would draft.
That said, I like the current FFG version, but I LOVE Greg's version.

what did Greg do? I was thinking plots after because I could put situational plots in the cube but could understand wanting to draft those first and build around it... guess i just always been a person that builds plot deck around the deck but know not everyone is that way.

In that case, you could even split up plots into 2 drafts. Important staples and "safe bet" plots like Retaliation and At the Gates, followed by the draw deck, followed by a smaller round of situational plots (Building Season, Called to Court, etc...) that are underplayed but may see more play in a limited format if they could be chosen after your entire deck is drafted.
As for Greg's draft, he said he expects to announce more details in the coming months but I will say it was the most fun drafting experience I have had in AGoT so far, and it only used Core + 2x CPs.

Great Greg is going to make my cube useless just really wanna have a way to play with my 1.0 cards still and building a cube is fun experience putting synergies in and such.
