Poll: Making a cube and have question what people think is better idea. (1 member(s) have cast votes)

In a 1.0 cube how would you like plots handled.

  1. Like 1.0 draft with starting plot deck and few plots mixed in with normal drafted cards. (1 votes [100.00%])

    Percentage of vote: 100.00%

  2. Draft plot deck after drafting normal deck. 2 packs of 10 each player drafting 20 plots to make plot deck with. (no starting plot deck except maybe everyone getting wildfire) (0 votes [0.00%])

    Percentage of vote: 0.00%

  3. Mix of the two where draft plot deck after but mix in the real powerful plots in with normal cards to make choice. (0 votes [0.00%])

    Percentage of vote: 0.00%

Draft plots BEFORE if you are drafting plots, has a lot more impact on the draw deck you would draft.

That said, I like the current FFG version, but I LOVE Greg's version.

what did Greg do? I was thinking plots after because I could put situational plots in the cube but could understand wanting to draft those first and build around it... guess i just always been a person that builds plot deck around the deck but know not everyone is that way.

In that case, you could even split up plots into 2 drafts.  Important staples and "safe bet" plots like Retaliation and At the Gates, followed by the draw deck, followed by a smaller round of situational plots (Building Season, Called to Court, etc...) that are underplayed but may see more play in a limited format if they could be chosen after your entire deck is drafted.

As for Greg's draft, he said he expects to announce more details in the coming months but I will say it was the most fun drafting experience I have had in AGoT so far, and it only used Core + 2x CPs.
