Oh word. I don't think of that as a "card cost", since it's the action. Still fun though.
And the card drawers and 0 for 3 credits should all be staples regardless of which side and which faction you're running. Useful.

Not always. An argument can be made for Corps not to take extra draw outside of NBN, as they are having to draw a card every turn anyway. Plus, there may be cards you consider more important influence wise, and just can't fit them.
A similar argument can be made for decks that run Wyldside instead, as if they are drawing extra each turn from it, they may not need the extra draw on top.
Credit wise, Corps have Melange for big money, and Adonis and Pad Campaigns for a trickle income. Now, the big credit gain of cards such as Hedge fund / Sure Gambit I would say are actually more likely, as the boost is more noticeable.
