I'm more and more worried about the "actual" number of cards, not counting level-up ones, that we'll finally get to build our decks.

The art in these previews is nice enough, but I'm starting to think I liked the old CoC LCG card art better, on the whole. Far from begrudging FFG the use of recycled art in this new game, I liked seeing a card with the same art and title ("Cover Up") as an old CoC standard.

I think the art and layout is really solid so far. It also fits the theme real nice. Both of the Investigators seem really powerful which is awesome. Game is looking really good.

Also the number of cards is not really important to me. The pool will grow and since its not a tournament game i don't need to try to make the best decks all the time. Also, since its so campaign based I don't think will want to be rebuilding decks all the time rather than growing the decks that you use.

So, I thought the upper left number was the cost to play the card? Is it also the card's level?
The white dots are the level

I think the smart thing to do would be to limit the number of level-up cards in the core set (like 2 per faction) and keep most of them in the cycle packs.

This seems to confirm that the core campain consists of only the 3 core acts, which is great for casual gamers. I'm wondering if the selfcontained campain will also be used for DEs, as that would be great for casual gamers, which seems to be a huge target of this game.
Also, will the Mythos packs contain 2 campains or just one? I'm hoping for one, but 2 will probably be the right number. They need to balance the experience gained during the campain, so if the number of acts are close enough, it would be easier.

We know that already. The core set comes with 14 cards per class (10 level 0 and 4 upgraded ones) and probably 10 neutrlas at 2x (only 8 confirmed so far, but there are some unknown spots between the players cards and the encounter ones.

Ah. In that case, no, the deluxe expansions are not going to be self-contained expansions, according the image of the rulebook here: http://i.imgur.com/PDLEJ83.jpgT
he deluxe expansions will be the start of the campaign, which will then continue in the mythos packs.

That makes sense considering for LOTR the Deluxe boxes add encounter cards for the pack cycle that follows and it introduces the new theme and mechanics that the cycle will utilize. So the deluxe box is a required purchase before you pick up the individual packs in a particular cycle. Therefore it's pretty similar to what they are doing for LOTR (just without the formality of a campaign structure).
I like this model because it makes the beginning a cycle more of an event. It's hard not to get excited about a big box expansion for these games.

I dunno, I think I'd greatly prefer fewer, but longer campaigns. Three acts don't give you nearly enough time to noticeably improve your character and make trauma considerably less important than it should be.

Can someone tell FFG we need spoilers, we need tons of spoilers and we need them ASAP?
Manuals for the game would also be nice. I want to learn the game before unpacking my copies

We will be getting them before the game is out. We have been getting spoilers in an article each week. I expect it to continue to the release.

I don't want spoilers. I want the game itself, not some weaksauce spoilers.
