The corp has six agenda points and is playing Jinteki: Personal Evolution. The runner has six agenda points. The runner makes a run on a server, and thanks to a Neural Katana, is down to zero cards in hand. The runner accesses an agenda. The runner is flatlined at the same time that he won from agenda points. Who wins?

The player who steals or scores the 7th agenda point immediately wins. Jinteki: Personal Evolution reads, "Whenever an agenda is scored or stolen, do 1 net damage.” The damage does not happen until the agenda is successfully stolen, but stealing the 7th point ends the game, so the game ends and the runner never receives damage. Compare this to the same situation but the agenda stolen is Fetal AI which reads, "When the Runner accesses Fetal AI, do 2 net damage.” Because this damage is upon access not when stolen, the runner would take 2 damage and die before the agenda was moved to his or her score area.

I hope that was helpful.
