To which I have to say: holy mother of god and all her wacky nephews!

Bear Island (AE).
Harrenhal (ODG).
Longship "Foamdrinker" (TWot5K).
Ten Towers (AE).
The Dragonpit (TftRK).
The Iron Throne (ASitD), or The Iron Throne (LotR).
The Seastone Chair (BtW).

*lunges for Search and Detain (HtS) and A City Besieged (CD)

This agenda could be huge.

That would be just sick with (the other) The Wall. Pity neutral doesn't have a house affiliation so they continue to be s.o.l.

I think this might be a bigger impact than TMP.

Considering they have been making cards to reward players to not have an agenda, it seems strange printing an agenda in this cycle.

So long as you don't pick a location with a cost of 1 or less, you do make a profit with it.

However, I am wondering, what decks would use this instead of another agenda?
One thought that comes to mind is a Lannister Clansman deck, getting The Inn at the Crossroads (LotR) to give you a boost to income out the gates. They generally don't run an agenda anyway, so this would give them one that could be reliably picked.

Ill run it out of Stark to take better advantage of all the intrigue love they've gotten lately.

Probably Harrenhal or Winterfell Castle. I am not a clever man.

The agenda is real from what I've heard. I already have my stark deck built, I have a feeling that either the agenda will get restricted quickly or Search and detain will become unrestricted just as quickly.

Hmm, need to find Martell's angle on this.

Martells never really had the dependence on locations that other houses decks have had, obne of the reasons why Favorable Ground in Melee is so often played out of Martell

Yeah, I can't think of any definitive "must have" location that's necessary in order to make a Martell deck work. This agenda seems like a boon for Stark players that love them a Tully deck and Riverrun (LoW).

I think Maege Mormont (AHM) is a bigger boon to Tully than this agenda will be.

But really, decks starting with Bear Island or The Wall are just frightening. (Hope you've got some way of dealing with King's Pavilion or White Raven.)

Looking at it, the break-even point for the agenda is 2 gold--basically guaranteeing you have *that* card in your setup hand. If you can drop a more expensive one, well, yahtzee. Did a search for all locations with cost 3 or more...Martell has only 2 and they're...okay. I guess we won't see this one out of Martell much.

As great as this sounds, I have a hard time imagining people will really flock to this (obviously we'll try it out...) over their established agenda choices. Will this really lead directly to more wins than other agenda choices? As a Stark player I think about Bear Island or Harrenhal or Winterfell Castle or even Winterfell. But will any of those four locations out in setup at a discount make up for the advantages you'd have from running Siege or The Kindly Man or Knights of the Realm? I'm not so sure...

Compare it to knights for a moment. If you start with Harrenhal in play you're effectively getting a 6 gold flop with no penalty. Like the knights agenda you're going to draw every turn off of your agenda, though unlike knights your draw will be in the challenges rather than the draw phase, however, it doesn't count against your draw cap and you get to take the best of the top 3. I'd call that a win. Best of all, you're not having to sweat bullets if you come up against a knight deck.

I think it'll be most at home in Baratheon though. Having the Wall out is just so good. I mean turn 1 make it winter, drop a king's pavilion (which IMO doesn't get enough credit in holy decks as is). Turn 2 power of faith. Turn 3 Many powers long asleep to counter their Valar. Turn 4 power of faith ftw.
