Hi,

Looking over the text or the Patient Infiltrator cards:

Deep Strike (1). You may Deep Strike this card as an Action during the combat phase.
Reaction: When you Deep Strike this unit, ready it and move up to 1 damage from this unit to a target unit at the same planet.

Is this meant to be used with 'Idden Base:

Each card you control in reserve is treated as a 2 ATK, 2 HP  army unit during the combat phase.

If not, I cant think of another way his Reaction will come in to play?

I assume this is one of the Apoka cards so there might be additional ways but Vezual signature support will return a card to reserve as well.

If there is a way to return this Apoka card to reserve, then it would retain the damage that had previously been dealt. That would make its reaction more effective. But otherwise I think it is a card that is largely designed around 'Idden Base.

It designed to work with 'Idden Base, yes.

Pack IV and Pack V will feature ork cards that synergies with the Patient Infiltrator (and Snagbrat/DS in general).

(Note that with 'Idden base, it already can be nasty with the Sneakaz, readying a third time and moving the damage dealt by the Sneakaz in the first place.)
