Hi everyone,

I am stealing an idea which I thought could be fun, and maybe even helpful.

A long time ago I used to play Star Wars: CCG, made by Decipher.

Someone came up with an unofficial glossary, which was kept on a message board.

It included all abbreviations and terms commonly used by players, and was constantly updated.

I figured I would start one, and hopefully players will contribute their own terms.

I encourage everyone to add to this list-- and HAVE FUN!

Also, nobody plays the set, but the dude pictured in the art for Mercenary Support looks a lot like yours truly (Daniel Craig).

It's heresy for a SWLCG glossary to not include a definition of "main".

I feel like One-Shot is more indicative of an objective being taking out by 1 unit from full health to zero.

Or One-Shotting the Trench which is to destroy the Trench Run in one all out attack.

Jedi Leia - Leia from Ties of Blood

Top Deck - getting the exact cards you need to win or save the game.

Cassian Chud - the Rebel Saboteurs from Cassian's set which cancel everything.

IG-88 is also frequently referred to as Iggy-Prime.

I usually see Defense of Yavin 4 abbreviated at DoY4 rather than DOYF.

And DTF is also used for Deploy the Fleet in addition to Draw Their Fire.

Yeah, doesn't he have a name for the Renegade Squadron Operative as well? I think he said that Shad came up with it... Can't remember what it is.

Whenever I use scum direct removal I always call it eating. "Rancor wins edge and eats Luke" "Stay on target brings in Boba and eats Yoda" "4LOM eats phantom"

Stormies refer specifically to the storm troopers from Tarkin.

The Nut Low/Greedo's 2nd wife/Potato = Sariss

Navy Vader only ever refers to the pilot version

The Muppet is Yoda(112)

CCop is Cloud City Operative

F*ck! is Twist of Fate
