I guess my question is: is it ok to have a larger than 60 card deck? If so, does it make it harder to play? Just wondering cuz I have a 82 Card Stark deck that’s pretty powerful.

Yes, you just need to be able to shuffle it without assistance.

In the rules it says that there is no upper limit on deck size, but the minimum requirement is 60 cards. I personally play with 65 cards with other people and it works fine for me.

The Agenda 'Alliance' from CP All Men Are Fools makes your deck size a minimum of 75 cards, so having more than 60 cards is totally fine.
