Okay, I'm coming back to the game from a hiatus of about 11 months.  It looks like Skype/Zoom are now the most popular ways to play opponents online?  No more Octgn?  Easy enough, guess I'll have to get a web cam I can point at my desk.

But what about Objective restrictions?  Has the Council made any rulings on restricted sets, since FFG abandoned this wonderful game?  Since the community now owns the meta, has anything changed or are we still using the last released FAQ from FFG?  I just want to make sure I'm understanding the 'current' rules of the meta.  And apologies if this has been discussed ad nauseam, but I can't seem to find the search function in these forums.

No changes have been made by the council To the current game. The focus has been on running events with different card pools to inspire and increase gameplay amongst the community. Meanwhile fan created content is out in the open but exists in their own pockets as they were designed outside of any community agreement to balance created content with others. So they can be used at players discretion informally. As for tournaments it’s up to the TO wether to include fan content which none have chosen to do as yet as the ability to get hold of the cards is restrictive.

TLDR - game is as it was when it ended, no changes.

Thanks for the quick recap, darthbs.  It's much appreciated.
