So, if you have 2 Jade Saleman (Salesmen?) out, does it then cost 2 extra to play attachments?
Yep.
I get that this card was part of the Relic block, so slowing down Attachments was advantageous. Unfortunately, it hurts its owner too, which is a pretty big deal when Khopesh of the Abyss is in the same block and faction.
