Nothing about this card seems worth running in your deck.
Really? Six skill, two investigation, and fast? I wouldn't turn up my nose at it. I've used it to good effect, in fact. It's quite nice when you've got cards to make struggles resolve on the basis of skill (David Pan, Hatchet Man, Parallel Universe).
