Characters that go insane while committed still "flee" the story and will not be commited after they go insane.

(My thoughts: i guess it is not considered uncommiting in game terms; insane guys just cannot commit and are never considered commited so chnge of status makes comittment irrelevant)

Oh darned!!! I just read this!!! It sort of kills the deck I was making!!! It involved committing lunatic characters to Mass Hysteria... and keeping them there...
