Combine with Concrete and Chains, which builds up tokens on itself rather than the character. When its host is destroyed, the Concrete and Chains is salvaged by the Tinker - tokens and all - and relocated to its next victim.
Marine Salvager might be more thematically enticing with Concrete and Chains but then you have to build the success tokens back up again.
