Pretty dang efficient for its cost, provided you pull off the 2-card wombo combo. He's super underwhelming otherwise. There aren't any surefire ways that I know of to specifically tutor up Nasht. I feel like most 3-drops today can do better without relying on another card, and the benefit you get from turning on Kaman's extra text isn't that much better.
But unless I'm much mistaken, this is the only card in the game to have terror and investigation as its only two icons. Every other combination (TT, TC, TA, CC, CA, CI, AA, and AI) is far, far more prevalent. So good on you, Kaman-Thah
