Dreaming of the Past

Cheap stall card. Seems an odd faction to give it to but its a very easy splash card. Literally buys you 1 turn however, I can't help feeling Misk have better events that achieve a similar goal.

Not sure I'd run this in mono MU but if I was using syndicate cards that let me get cards from the bottom of my deck I can see this being a real pain for my opponent. Especially good when playing against an investigation heavy deck where you could lose a story when attacking.

I'd rather play a card that will help me win the game than one that will help me not lose. I used to like cards like Misdirection and Scandal, but now I realize they don't really solve the problem they're trying to address. You'll ne right back in the same boat the next turn, so this is just a deferred solution in the hopes that you can draw a real solution later. True, that's actually helpful in a Mythos deck, but Dreaming of the Past is MU, so you're probably not trying to stall.
