Vaguely useful. There are a lot of characters with effects that you don't want to have to deal with, and it also gets rid of The Foundation's cancelling ability quite nicely. Every deck has a character they want to abuse an effect on, so this will rarely be dead. Unfortunately, it's not actually removal, so they'll still count icons and skill.

Good utility card, its a rare matchup where you won't get anything out of it. Worth considering in any deck for that reason, but often won't make the cut because it doesn't directly aid any deck in its own goals either.

It can be useful but unless you know the deck you are up against you don't know if it's worth saving/playing/resourcing. I think I'd rather go for a more permanent form of control.
