If this had the Dreamlands type, I could see it being included to help tip the balance of the Dreamlands struggle. Unfortunately, it doesn't, so you've got to have at least 1 Dreamlands card to make the effect happen in the first place. The effect is thoroughly mediocre once you get it online, anyway.
