It's a Ghoul, so it's probably going into a Ghoul synergy deck, which almost certainly is running a heavy amount of Night effects. So it should be able to trigger reasonably often, making it a hard-to-get-rid-of dude.

Recursion is nice and fits conveniently with the night theme you'd expect of ghouls, but unlike a lot of ghouls the cost to icons/skill is OK, not exceptional. I think there are better cards for the cost unless you are heavily going for the ghoul side of things.

Two useless subtypes and below average icons for the cost, however I like any character that can recur itself. If I was playing a night deck I'd definitely consider it. There is only one card who works with the ghoul subtype, pickman who can eat and poop ghouls, and the monster subtype draws a lot of hate. He fits very nicely into a agency-shub night deck where he can be combined with ammunitions expert, you can recur him every turn with a stick of dynamite already attached. Repeat as necessary.
