Obviously the ability and name encourage you to Spam the crap out of Victoria Glasser, and that's probably the main use you'll get out of this other than resetting Fated counters. The stats are alright for the cost, as well.
On an interesting note, she can bounce ANY Hastur Character. So in a Hastur Mirror Match, she's a very powerful / cheap bounce card.
Of course, no one plays Hastur and he needs some serious love, so the idea of a mirror match is hilarious, but just saying
This seems to have synergy with silver twilight return to hand stuff.
