IMO, this guy seems like almost a given to be paired up with Aziz Chatuluka (TSS). Aziz is a Cultist, so it's already a nice match in a Cultist deck. Aziz's ability drains your domains, but Tulzscha doesn't care about that. Unlike most Ancient Ones, Tulzscha only needs to come out for 1 phase (maybe your operations phase) and doesn't need domains to really get the most out of him, then old Tulzscha is right back on top of your deck at the end of the phase. Then, if during the following story phase you can play a dormant From the Depths, then Tulzscha pops right back out from the top of your deck, this time for keeps.
I love how the most recent blocks of cards have made old cards like Tulzscha viable.
