Incorrect card picture aside, I assume Pushed into the Beyond is able to target insane characters, and the cost would be zero, correct? The text doesn't say printed cost, which would confound a Pushed because the cost would be indeterminate. I think I remember the rules saying that insane characters are considered to have a cost of 0, so does anyone see any problem with this play?

You are completely correct. Insane characters are still viable targets, they are considered to have zero cost and if it had said printed costs then the resulting indeterminacy would confound it.
