The restoration part is much better than the removing a wound part simply because you don't need to have toughness, and you can combo it with things like Mad Genius for tokens.

It's only "restore" though, not "restore and ready", but there are enough characters that benefit just from getting their text back. Use it with Lunatics.

I like this card more for its wound removal than its restoration effect. Restoration can be found everywhere, but recursive wound removal? The list begins and ends here.

I have Mu in my Khopesh deck. I use Flooded Vault to tutor whichever one I don't draw (or to tutor a Sports Scholarship to boost Khopesh), then I get to work. Combining the best wounding card in the game with the only recursive healing in the game makes the most sense to me.
