Can i have a mono syndicate deck and strap this in to wound characters with 0 skill for 0 cost?
I understand that X can be = therefore if a character has 0 skill i could pay 0 to play this card and wound that character?
You certain can, as it has no steadfast. So it can combine with skill reduction, or with wounding insane characters.
