There was a good point in one forum discussion that you control your domain cards, but here it doesn't refer to out of play cards, so only cards in play count (domains don't even have affiliation).

A neutral card has no affiliation, so it does stop you from playing this card.

I was wondering weather if player who lost has only one character that can go insane, does it go insane?
If "if able" refers to "choose 2..." its 2 or 0. I guess it works like this, but Im not sure.
New FAQ confirmed each card is resolved on its own so if there is one card it has to be chosen and goes insane (If i understand FAQ)
