He's a solid defender, and terrible on offense.... a bit over priced.
It's nice to have his combat and skill at stories to provide opposition, as long as the one you do commit him too isn't going to get him killed or driven insane....
In a Syndicate/Agency deck perhaps and Ward of Protection attached to him?
No, thanks. A Ward of Protection would be wasted on Dixon, IMO. I'd rather use the Ward on someone who will help me win the game, not someone who's going to help me to not lose the game.
