FAQ 3.4 - Restricted
If you want to make Fthaggua grow, Yithian Scout is a pretty good option. Chances are your opponent will allow the Scout to attach facedown to Fthaggua rather than allowing him to tutor another Scout and then returning to play later on. I'm not sure you'd want to limit your deck's Restricted card like that, but it's a pretty sure bet that Fthaggua will get fed.
